Having been a Computer Contractor for over 14 years I have worked on various Help Desks and support positions handling hardware and software problems on every level. I have built computers from scratch and can troubleshoot them down to the board level. I do what is necessary to get the job done, this can mean gaining knowledge from reading a full manual or checking a Web Site for possible fixes. No challenge has been too great! I am a very quick learner, understand computer logic/jargon and especially what the Customer needs. I have experience in programming in Basic to writing scripts in Unix or DOS Batch files. Currently working towards MS certifications.
