Having been a Computer Contractor for over 14 years I have worked on various Help Desks and support positions handling hardware and software problems on every level. I have built computers from scratch and can troubleshoot them down to the board level. I do what is necessary to get the job done, this can mean gaining knowledge from reading a full manual or checking a Web Site for possible fixes. No challenge has been too great!
